Yes. All CrochArt pieces are handmade to order by our small artisan team in Vietnam. Each item is carefully crocheted by hand rather than mass-produced, which means slight variations are natural and part of what makes each piece unique.

Because our products are handmade to order, production takes 7–14 business days before shipping. This time allows us to carefully create each piece with attention to detail and care.

Shipping time depends on your location. Once production is complete, delivery typically takes 10–20 business days for most international orders. Exact delivery times may vary.

Yes. You may request a cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order. After 24 hours, orders cannot be canceled as production may have already begun.
